Dufleromantic is a term to describe anyone who is romantically attracted to only those of the binary genders (men and women). This identity is similar to binromantic, but different in the way that the sexuality is only applied to those who identify as a binary gender themselves.

The pronounciation of the prefix (dufle) of dufleromantic, is pronounced /dōōfōl/ (duh-f-O-le).

    History

The current usage and definition of the term were coined by FANDOM user Aivnc on January 2, 2022.[1]

    Etymology

This prefix term "dufle", was accomodated to english pronunciation from duofil. The prefix "duofil" comes from "dýo fýla" which in greek, means 2 genders.

    Flag

The dufleromantic flag was also created by FANDOM user Aivnc on January 1, 2022. The background is made of the male and female flags. In the center is a triangle of the bisexual flag.
