Drakocetan is a subset of drakogender when one only collects specifically masculine, feminine, xenic-aligned and neurogenders due to neurodivergence. This term can be used by anyone who is neurodivergent, but not be those who are only neuroatypical.
History
Drakocetan was coined by tumblr user pupyzu on March 6th, 2021, with the flags being created at the same time.[1]
