Dongender is a gender is the Scene System that can be described as "something dancing in the rain". It can be combined with other genders to describe what is dancing in the rain but it doesn't have to be.

Etymology
The prefix "don-" comes from the name of a character in the musical, Singin' in the Rain, where the character dances in the rain.
