Dilophogender or genderdilo is a xenogender and subset of dinogender where one feels a strong connection towards dilophosauruses. Dilophogender can be used by anyone, especially dinokin.
Dilophogender is not masculine or feminine in nature but if one does feel a strong connection to either of those they can use the label dilophoboy or dilophogirl.
