Diastimian, also known as genderstable, refers to a gender that is fixed and unchanging in intensity. It is the opposite of genderflux. A diastimian individual may still be genderfluid, so long as the intensity of their genders remains the same, the only thing that changes is the gender experienced. It can be used as an umbrella term for any non-fluctuating gender.
The orientation counterpart is diastimic.
