Deunisexual, also known as immonosexual or ilunisexual, is a sexual orientation under the multisexual umbrella in which one experiences attraction to all but one gender. The genders which one is attracted to are unspecified, and the gender one lacks attraction to is also unspecified.

Individuals who experience attraction to all genders aside from binary men may also identify as nomasexual. Individuals who experience attraction to all genders aside from binary women may also identify as nowomasexual.

Similar terms include bisexual and polysexual.

Immonosexual (ih-mah-noh-sexual) comes from the prefix im- meaning "not or no" and mono, meaning "one."

Ilunisexual (ih-loo-nee-sexual) comes from the prefix il- meaning "not or no" and uni, meaning "one."
