Demibisensual refers to someone who is both bisensual and demisensual. They are attracted to two or more genders but only after forming an emotional bond. This is most commonly men and women, though it does not have to be. Demibisensual people can be attracted to any genders. Also forming an emotional bond does not mean they are automatically attracted to said person, it just means there's a chance to develop attraction.
