Demiaroacespike is an orientation that is both demiacespike and demiarospike. It is on the aromantic spectrum and asexual spectrum. Someone who is demiaroacespike usually feels no romantic or sexual attraction, but occasionally has rare, sudden, and intense spikes of romantic or sexual attraction to people they have a bond with for a short amount of time, before returning, just as suddenly, to one's normal amounts of aromanticism/asexuality.
Just like demiacespike and demiarospike, demiaroacespike can be a orientation on its own or can combined with other orientations. For example, one could be demiaroacespike and polysexual/polyromantic, meaning that when one does experience romantic and/or sexual attraction it's towards people of certain genders.
History
Demiaroacespike was coined on the LGBTA wiki by FANDOM user Trashwoof on January 11th, 2021.
