Delusogender is a neurogender that can be described as a subset of posigender, in which someone's gender is influenced by delusions they experience/have experienced. However, it can be used by anyone who experiences delusions, not limited to individuals with schizophrenia. The "gender" part of delusogender can be substituted to fit the gender identity that a person identifies with in their delusional state, such as delusoboy, delusogirl, etc. Delusogender is also an umbrella term for the more specific types of it.
Subgenders
Delusogender has different types, relating to different types of delusions someone might experience.
- Holidelusogender, in which someone's gender is defined/influenced by delusions of being divine, holy, demonic, angelic, or godly.
- Grandelusogender, in which someone's gender is defined/influenced by delusions of grandeur.
- Paradelusogender, in which someone's gender is defined/influenced by paranoid delusions.
- Deluattachgender, in which someone's gender is influenced by delusional attachments and/or by the experience of having delusional attachments.
- Delusofluid, in which someone's gender is defined/influenced by delusions, but is fluid between delusogenders.

- Red represents paranoid delusions

- Yellow represents divine/godly delusions

- Blue represents Truman Show delusions
- Dark blue represents persecutory delusions
