D*ckgirl is a slur used towards individuals who appear femininely or 'girlishly' while having a penis. People who are called this includes, but is not limited to those who are TW-Altguina, Sine-P, Sine-P2, AFAB-P, transmasculine, transfeminine, non-binary, transsex, altersex, and intersex. This slur is often used in a a negative, dehumanizing, and fetishizing manner. It is transphobic, intersexist, and exorsexist.

Although this term is a slur, some who have had it used against them and fit the criteria listed above, may reclaim it and use it for themselves. Besides it's reclaimed use, it should not be used on any individual, especially those who have not reclaimed this term, and no individual should use the slur unless they themselves have the right to reclaim it.

This slur should only be used by those who desire a penis, as those who do not desire a penis cannot call themselves a d*ckgirl if they no longer have or want a penis, and do not fit the slurs meaning anymore.

Reasons this term is considered a slur by many are listed below, however more reasons and personal experiences may apply to some individuals.

• This term mocks CTF intersex individuals who develop penis-like genitallia (such as ambiguous genitals and clitoromegaly,) or CTM individuals who have more-feminine features (like in aromatase excess syndrome) which is intersexist, as one cannot control their born sex traits.
• This term mocks transine women, and implies that medical transition is needed to be a 'real girl' which is transphobic.
• This term mocks sinealt individuals, and implies that a partial transition isn't enough to be their 'real gender' which is transphobic.
• This term mocks transmasculine people who do not desire top surgery, and implies that a partial transition isn't enough to be their 'real gender' which is transphobic.
• This term mocks transfeminine people who do not desire bottom surgery, and implies that a partial transition isn't enough to be their 'real gender' which is transphobic.
• This term mocks altersex and transsex people, and implies that there is something wrong about being non-conformant to sex, which is discriminatory towards varsex people.
• This term implies that transmasculine people must 'pass' to be accepted, which is transphobic and pushes gender roles.
• This term implies that transfeminine people must have a vagina to be accepted, which is transphobic and pushes gender roles.
• This term is often used in a sexualizing manner towards gender and sex non-conforming individuals.

It is unknown when d*ckgirl was first used, however the earliest use appears to have been on July 31st of 2003 on Urban Dictionary, by Hiryu no Ken.
