Conifsexual refers to someone whose sexual attraction is entangled with one’s Borderline Personality Disorder and the symptoms it causes. This may be due to having a FP (favorite person), intense mood swings, identity confusion, or any other BPD symptom. Conifsexual is exclusive to those with BPD, both self-diagnosed and professionally diagnosed.
History and Flag
Conifsexual was coined by Tumblr user thebeehive-sys[1] on August 4th, 2021. They also created the flag, which was inspired by Tumblr user ptsdsafe's BPD flag.[2]
Etymology
Conif- comes from confinio, which means borderline in latin.
