An example of this would be a cisgender-[[man]] whos innerworld body is male, however in the outter word they are in an [[AFAB]] body, and calling themself a cis-man would cause confusion to those who know they are AFAB, since they have never been in a 'boy' body.
This term was coined without knowledge of [[afficgender]] (which essentially has the same definition written above.) Because of this, the coiner had added an alternative meaning that may be used as well; this term can also be used to describe a headmate experiencing gender confusion due to the system/system's situation.
