Colposexual is the attraction to AFAB people, no matter their gender identity or presentation. Colposexual could also be described as the attraction to cisgender women, AFAB Non-Binary people, and transgender men but this attraction does not need to be exclusive because colposexual people are attracted to all AFAB people no matter gender.
Colposexual VS Gynesexual
The third definition of Gynesexual states the attraction to all AFAB people no matter their gender, however, this definition of Gynesexual is often used by transphobes to not only reduce individuals to their genitalia, but also exclude transgender women from their attraction. Colposexual is a non-transphobic term which is used in place of gynesexual to state that the attraction isn't caused by transphobia, but by rather an emotional/sexual/romantic/etc preference towards AFAB people.

Word Meaning
The latin root "colpo" means vagina, which differs from the latin word "gyne" which means woman. This word is non-transphobic and this also does not imply that the individual using the term views all AFAB people as women.
