Cisvenience is a descriptor for when someone is only cis because it’s convenient. This can be a precursor to coming out or, for example, an AFAB fem-aligned non-binary individual who feels fine with never coming out.^[1] It could be useful for aerogender/mutogender/condigender individuals who are cis among other cis individuals while cisn't around trans individuals.
