    Cisgenital or Protogenital is a cissex label in which one feels comfortable with having the genitalia one was born with, regardless of gender. It is a term for someone who is not transgenital.[1][2] Cisgenital people may or may not also have or desire other changes to their sex characteristics, that don't involve their genitals.

    Cisgenital is not the same as cisgender. Transgender people who don’t plan to have sex reassignment surgery would be considered cisgenital. Additionally, not all cisgender people are cisgenital.
