Choicegender is a microlabel for when you are unsure of your gender identity or experience identity dysphoria so you choose a gender you like more.
This is not to imply gender itself is a choice, simply that you chose what to label it as.
For example, a genderfluid person may call themselves bigender or demigender because they dislike the genderfluid label. Or, a person may dislike the connotations of "girl" so they call themselves something else despite being comfortable being a girl.
Not to be confused with Recugender.
