Childgender is a xenogender in which ones gender feels childlike, or like children, specifically those who have not reached adolescence or puberty. One who is childgender may want to incorporate childlike aesthetics, hobbies, foods, etc. This may cause a connection to kidcore or babycore. This term could be useful for age-regressors/dreamers, littles in systems, and neurodivergent individuals, but is not exclusive to them.
Similar genders include genderfluff and littlefluid.
