Charapronouns are loose pronouns that anyone who kins a fictional character can use. The person who uses them can make any variation of the character's name, and they can also fluctuate between different charapronouns.
For example, if someone kins the character, Harry Potter, their pronouns could be something like Har/Pot, or anything else that reminds said person of the character.
