Not to be confused with cancegender
Chancegender is a gender in which one feels that their gender is tied or best described using percentages and the mechanics behind chance. They might have different genders that correspond with a chance mechanic or they might feel that their gender changes based on percentages and chance ratios.
For example, someone could have a 15% chance of being demiboy, but when referred to with he/him pronouns or other gender affirming things they might feel they now have a 30% chance of being demiboy. Other things can raise or lower these percentages.
History
The term was coined by Calamity Call on December 31st of 2020.

The flag was designed by Calamity Call on December 31st of 2020. The green represents chance, gaming, and gambling and the dice with the percentage sign represents chance and percentages.
