Certissexual is a term or sexual modifier on the asexual spectrum for someone who has very specific exclusive attraction, usually towards a specific individual or a specific object. It is similar to soloamare in some ways, and may at times overlap.
Certissexual is a less-harmful label to use for individuals who may say they are 'specific-individual sexual' or 'specific-object sexual.' Some examples of this are listed below.
