Cazzogender is a xenogender relating to being a sexual man in some way shape or form. Whether this is being a highly sexual man, and the sex influences their gender, or someone who feels a connection to being masculine, as well as being hypersexual.
The feminine counterpart is intensagender, the androgynous/neutral counterpart is fortegender, and the xenic/outherine counterpart is sessualegender.

Etymology
It appears that this term uses the Italian word cazzo which means 'f*ck' in English, however this is not confirmed.
