Line 1:
Cassflux, also known as cassgenderflux, is a [[genderflux]] identity based on [[cassgender]], when someone has a gender identity and knows it but either feels no connection to that gender identity or does not feel their gender identity is important or worth describing. Cassflux people are cassgender, but the intensity at which they feel their gender is important fluctuates.

Someone who is cassflux may fluctuate from feeling like their gender isn't important at all to feeling like it's fairly important, to feeling like it's highly important, and back and forth between those levels of connection to gender importance. When cassflux people feel greater connection to the importance of their gender, they may choose to use additional labels for their gender identity, though every person is different. Some cassflux people may want to use gendered pronouns based on the gender identity they are connected to some of the time, but again, pronouns =/= gender and gender identity, so it's up to the individual. Variants on cassflux are demicassflux, libracassflux, and paracassflux.
