Brightgender, and its subsets are a group of xenogender identities that describe someone's gender as bright, colorful, and chaotic. They can also be used to describe someone whose gender is based on the brightness level.

Brightgenders may be used in combination with other genders. Genders that fall under brightgender include brightboy, brightgirl, brightneutral, brightagender, brightfluid, brightnonbinary, brightxenogender and brightmaverique.

History

These terms were coined by FANDOM user AceTheSpace (AceDaSpace on Twitch/AceInDaSpace on Tumblr), August 31st 2021, when they had trouble finding the correct gender identity for them. This is article the original place of coining for these terms; there are no outside resources.

Flags

All of the flags were created by FANDOM user AceTheSpace (AceDaSpace on Twitch/AceInDaSpace on Tumblr).

The brightgender flag contains bright and neon colors to represent the brightness and strength of the genders under its umbrella. The brightgirl flag uses pinks and purples for feminine genders that are bright and strong. The brightboy flag uses blues to represent masculine genders that are bright and strong. The brightneutral flag uses yellows and oranges to represent neutral genders that are bright and strong. The brightagender uses greens to represent a lack of gender that is bright and strong. The brightfluid flag uses multiple colours, but mainly blue, yellow, and pink to represent the fluidity of the gender that is bright and strong. The brightnonbinary flag uses bright and more pale yellows to represent non-binary genders that are bright and strong. The brightxenogender flag uses browns and oranges to represent xenogenders that are bright and strong. The brightmaverique flag uses deep oranges to represent maverique genders that are bright and stong.
