Blepnia is a xenogender in the cat gender system. This gender feels very neutral and androgynous; it is not at all masculine or feminine. Blepnia was made for non-binary individuals but it is not exclusive to them.

Blepnia was first coined by catitude thecat on discord.

The black, grey and white on the flag represent the neutrality of the gender. The cat shows its connection to the cat gender system.
