Biflux is defined as when one is bi-oriented, but whose attraction to various genders is fluctuating or fluid. It can be experienced in three main ways:
- Someone is always attracted to two or more genders, but those genders change over time (for example, someone is attracted to binary people(men and women) sometimes, to binary women and agender people sometimes, only to agender people other times, and so on).
- Someone is bi or biro and has a fluid preference or intensity between those genders, but they are likely always attracted to the same genders.
- Someone is bi, but their orientation is fluid in a way they may sometimes be attracted to no gender or to just a single gender. They consider bi their “base orientation”, or a significant and important part of who they are, even if they fluctuate towards asexual or monosexual orientations at times.
Flag
