The grey represents the varying degrees in which folken can experience this gender. Black represents folken who are genderless. Yellow represents the non-binary nature of those represented by this flag. The top two stripes being different shades of the same color represent the varying levels in which folken can be/experience this alignment. The color of the top two stripes is based on the colors of the aurora boralis/australis.

    Aurorian is a non-binary gender alignment from the galactian system. It refers to someone who is fluid between alignments. These changes can be fluid or sudden. They could be fluid between any number of alignments.
