Astrolligender is a fictigender that is ”a gender where persons gender identity is influenced by the view of [a Homestuck] troll's concept of gender, or identify with a troll in a kingender way”. Astrolligender is mostly made for neurodivergent people but the term isn’t exclusive to these groups.[1]
History and Flag
The term and flag were created on October 23, 2019 by dunce-cat on tumblr. The first stipe of the flag means troll biology and its difference to human biology, while the second stripe means trolls with furry-esque physiology, two light gray stripes mean trolls with humanoid physiology and dark gray stripe the canon trolls, dark purple stripe means trolls with bug-esque physiology and last stripe means troll culture and society
