Antagogender is a xenogender where one's gender is related to being evil or villainous. This gender can feel suave, confident, antagonistic, dark, or hidden in the shadows. It can also relate to causing chaos.
Etymology
The antago in antagogender refers to the word “antagonist.” In literature, an antagonist is a physical or metaphysical force that impedes characters. In relation to antagogender, an antagogender person may present their gender as an intentional obstacle for other people.
History and Flag
The term and flag were created by Tumblr user mowagaii on January 17, 2021.[1]
The colors of the flag, from top to bottom, are dark red, crimson, red, bright red, crimson, and dark red. The uneven, semi-mirrored use of colors hint at the chaotic undertones of antagogender.
