Amethystian describes a woman, or feminine-aligned person, who is wlw and wlnb, meaning a woman who is attracted to women and to non-binary people, but who does not necessarily prioritize their attraction to women and non-binary people over other attractions they may have. This attraction need not be exclusive, although it can be. A woman who is amethystian may identify as omnisexual, polysexual, bisexual, sapphic, trixensexual, nomasexual, or another multisexual label.
This is a similar term to agatic.
Flag
The flag and term were coined by Fandom user @GhostOrchidGynoid on January 6th, 2021. The term and flag were coined to complement the citrinian term and flag, since real-life amethyst and citrine are the same gemstone with different impurities and are often found together.
