    Amantesexual is a subtype of demisexual in which one only feels sexual attraction towards individuals one is in love with. One does not feel sexual attraction until they're in love with someone. Being in love with someone does not necessarily have to be romantic.[1]

    According to the coiner, "Amante" is a combination of "am" meaning love, and "ante" meaning before. However, Amante is also the spanish word for "lover".
