Amantesexual is a subtype of demisexual in which one only feels sexual attraction towards individuals one is in love with. One does not feel sexual attraction until they're in love with someone. Being in love with someone does not necessarily have to be romantic.
History
The term was coined by Tumblr user polymorphic-cryptid to describe his sexuality. On May 9th, 2018, the term was showcased on Tumblr by user beyond-mogai-pride-flags.[1]

Etymology
According to the coiner, "Amante" is a combination of "am" meaning love, and "ante" meaning before. However, Amante is also the spanish word for "lover".
