Not to be confused with Altegender
Altgender is a xenogender (specifically a musicagender) that is connected to or in some way influenced by the alternative genre. One can feel as if their gender is related to instruments, bands, or even songs that are a part of this genre, as well as musical aesthetics of the genre.
History
The term was coined by Wiki user Rabbox on the 2nd of April, 2021.
