Alloplatonic refers to someone who regularly feels platonic attraction. It refers to anyone who is not aplatonic or on the aplatonic spectrum. An alloplatonic person may regularly get squishes or "friend crushes".
Alloplatonic does not refer to someone who simply "has friends" or "wants friends", rather it describes someone who regularly experiences a strong desire to be friends with someone in particular.

Flag
The alloplatonic flag was designed by Mod Fy on Tumblr account Beyond-MOGAI-Pride-Flags on August 30, 2018.[2] The flag (along with other allo- orientation flags) were inspired by Pride-Flags-For-Cishets's designs for allosexuality and alloromanticism.[2][3]
