Aliussexual is an orientation for fictionkin, for those who experience attraction towards fictional characters from their connectus (source), exclusively or not. This does not mean attraction to individuals who have a kintype from the same connectus, rather the character themself. It is a subtype of fictosexual.
The prefix alius- may be used as a modifier for other forms of attraction, such as aliusromantic, aliusplatonic, aliusalterous, etc.
History and Flags
The term was coined by Tumblr user xeno-aligned on May 1st, 2018.[1] The flag was created by the same user on the same date. The flags are a combination of the fictosexual and kingender flags, with the middle stripe changing colour depending on which type of attraction it represents.
