Aflux refers to an individual who fluctuates across all of the a-spectrum. This includes asen-spec, apl-spec, aro-spec, ace-spec, etc. This may also include fluctuating from allosexual (alloflux). Attractions may or may not fluctuate independently of each other.

Aflux is intended to be a very broad label about an individual's type of attraction fluctuating.

History

The term was coined by Reddit user hiitsyaz on June 26, 2021. The flags were created by the same user on June 29, 2021.
