Aceflux is a sexual orientation on the asexual spectrum. It is defined as someone whose sexual orientation fluctuates.
An aceflux individual may fluctuate between experiencing asexuality, greysexuality, and allosexuality.
Aceflux can be a sexual orientation on its own or can combined with other orientations. For example, one could be aceflux and bisexual, meaning that when one does experience sexual attraction it's towards individuals of two or more genders. Aceflux may overlap with abrosexual, however the difference is that for someone who is abrosexual the gender(s) they are attracted to may change. Generally, for aceflux individuals when they feel attraction, the gender(s) they're attracted to are always the same; only how they're attracted to them or how intensely they're attracted to them changes.▼
Aceflux may be used as an orientation on its own or may be paired with another orientation term that describes the experienced attraction.
The romantic counterpart to aceflux is aroflux.▼

Asexual individuals who rarely feel spikes of attraction may use the term acespike. Allosexual individuals who rarely jump to a lack of sexual attraction may use the term ace-jump.
▲The romantic counterpart to aceflux is aroflux.
The aceflux flag consists of five stripes making a gradient between red and purple. Red represents allosexuals and purple represents asexuals. The gradient represents how aceflux individuals can move from feeling strongly asexual to strongly allosexual.
