Below is a list of examples for why one may be AFAB-P:
An individual has body dysphoria or disconnect, but only towards their genitals.
An individual is multigender and one of their genders is similar to their assigned birth gender, which causes only partial dysphoria.
An individual is non-binary and wishes to display that through their choice of reassignment surgery.
An individual has sexual trauma that relates to their vagina, causing one to desire a penis instead.
An individual desires a penis due to their personal sexual preferences.
X-difsex: a non-binary or anonbinary AMAB individual who desires a vagina, however they also desire to keep their penis.
