    The tomboy flag

Tomboy, also known as mascgirl, is a term for gender non-conforming fingender and fiaspec people who present masculinely in some way. This often refers to clothing and external appearance, but can also sometimes refer to the way one acts, the way one communicates, what interests or hobbies one has, etc. This term has more to do with gender presentation than gender identity, but some tomboys may be mingender.

    Flag

The tomboy flag was first posted to the Lesbians Unite Amino community on April 28, 2017. The dark blue comes from the genderfluid flag and represents masculine appearance. The brown comes from the bear flag and represents masculine attitude. The light pink and the white come from the transgender flag and represent feminine gender and nonbinary people, respectively.[1]

The mascgirl flag was designed by Mod Hermy as late as January 19, 2018. The orange gradient represents fluctuations in femininity and neutrality. The purple gradient represents different intensities of masculinity.[2]
