Xensari (pronounced zen-sorry) or xenxari is a term for people who are xiaspec/xingender, niaspec/ningender, and androgynous in alignment (liaspec) or in nature (lingender). This can be experienced in various ways-
- One is xiaspec, niaspec/ningender, and androgyne/lingender all at once, with no fluctuations or fluidity; a.k.a static xensari
- One experiences one or two of the three constantly, but the other(s) is(are) fluid and fluctuate(s) (partially xensarifluix)
- One is fluid between the different alignments; sometimes feeling only one of them or only two of them (xensarifluid)
- One is fluidflux between one, two, or all of the alignments, meaning one day they could feel strongly xiaspec and weakly androgynous/lingender but not at all niaspec/ningender, and the next day they could feel strongly niaspec/ningender and weakly xiaspec, but not at all androgynous/lingender (xensarifluix)
- One feels they have a "base" alignment(s) and only experience "spikes" of the other alignment(s) (xensarispike)
Xensari people can experience any and all androgynous, neutral, and xenine genders (including any amount of xenogenders) like androgyne, neutrois, catgender, etc.
The counterparts are xenrell and faexari.
Demixensari
Demixensari means that one's gender is either
- Partially static and the static part is xensari (meaning they would always feel the same percent xiaspec, niaspec/ningender, and androgynous-aligned, with no fluctuations or fluidity), with the non-static part being any other gender or gender identity; or
- Partially static and the static part is any gender identity, with the non-static part being xensari; or
- Entirely static but only part of their gender identity is xensari, and the other part could be any other gender or gender identity.
If the second is the case, one could also be demixensarifluid, demixensariflux, or demixensarifluix.
Demixensarifluid
If someone is demixensarifluid, then the part of their gender identity that is xensari is genderfluid between the three xensari alignments, but not genderflux, so the xensari part of their identity may not always include all three alignments, but when it features an alignment it will always be at the same intensity.
Demixensariflux
If someone is demixensariflux, then the part of their gender identity that is xensari is genderflux between the three xensari alignments, but not genderfluid, so the xensari part of their identity will always include all three of the xensari alignments, but at differing intensities.
Demixensarifluix
If someone is demixensarifluix, then the part of their gender identity that is xensari is fluidflux between the three xensari alignments, so the xensari part of their identity may be fluid between the three and also fluctuates in intensity between the three. It is the combination of demixensarifluid and demixensariflux.
History
The term xensari and all its variant terms were coined by wiki user Rainbowraven96 (now Reign of the breadsticcs) on February 17, 2021. The term xenxari and other alternate terms (xaerell, faexell, xensari, cenxari or xaexell) were coined by arco-pluris on February 20, 2021.[1]
Flag
The xensari and demixensari flags were both designed by Rainbowraven96 (now Reign of the breadsticcs) on February 17, 2021. In the xenxari flag, the light green stands for slight neutral alignment and ningenders, the dark green stands for strong neutral alignment and ningenders, the light purple stands for slight androgynous alignment and lingenders, the dark purple stands for strong androgynous alignment and lingenders, the light orange stands for slight xenic alignment and xenogenders, and the dark orange stands for strong xenic alignment and xenogenders. The demixensari flag is a combination of the xensari and demigender flags.
Notes
The terms liaspec, xiaspec, and niaspec all denote alignment along their entire respective spectrums. Liaspec refers to anyone who is at least partially aligned with androgyny and/or androgyne genders, and is not just for fully androgyne people; similarly, xiaspec is for anyone who is at least partially aligned with xeninity and/or xenogenders, and is not just for fully xenic people, and niaspec is not just for fully neutrois or neutral/null people, but for anyone at least partially neutrally aligned (faesari, censari, etc.). Xensari involves all three of those very wide spectrums and is not just one set combination of identities.
