Vaermic is a daedragender and a dreamgender. It is a fluid gender that changes based on type of dreams, usually dreams vs nightmares, but it could be any types of dreams. Vaermic has an underlying tone of power and other worldly energy. It is based off the Daedric Prince Vaermina from the Elder Scrolls Series, who represents nightmares, psychological terror, and dreams. It is not necessarily tied to the Elder Scrolls Series, however; the term was just based off of the general concepts and aesthetics surrounding it.
History
Vaermic was coined on February 2, 2018 by Tumblr user fathermartinarchimbaud and Admin Kyle of the Tumblr blog uncommongenders.[1][2] The flag was released in the same post.
