Unovagender is a fictigender for when one's gender is strongly influenced by or is connected to the Pokémon region Unova, Pokémon from Unova, characters from Unova, or the story of the generation 5 games, due to neurodivergence.

Unovagender was coined by Twitter user Miraclemask on December 13, 2020. The flag was created at the same time.[1]

The flag is said to have been inspired by Unova's Legendary Pokémon, as well as characters N and Ghetsis' hair color.
