Totumlian is an umbrella term for anyone whos gender alignment and/or gender expression encompasses all expressions/genders, simultaneously or fluidly. This includes those who are genderfluid through all genders, omnigender, pangender, demipangender, demiomnigender, expression fluid between all expressions, or other terms that describe falling under all terms. This can sometimes be interchangeable with Variolusian depending on ones identity.

The term Totumlian comes from the Latin word "totum", meaning "all, entire".

Totumlian was coined on March 1st, 2021 by FANDOM user Zer0Rebel4. The flag represents the Pangender flag, the symbol being representative of how ones gender, gender expression or alignment is whole, and encompasses all.
