Totucgender is a gender identity when one feels 100% like a select gender all of the time, but one occasionally experiences minute amounts of any different gender(s) on top of that, similar to the multigender or genderfluid experience. The gender(s) on top of ones dominant gender, when they're there, do not change the fact you feel 100% that dominant gender. Although, they do still add on. For example, feeling 100% female, but added on top is 5% agender and 2% male. Totucgender can be considered a type of offgender.
The colors on each of the flags either largely use blue or pink to represent the main, 100% of a gender someone is feeling. The two stripes in the middle signify the genders they feel over being 100% another. Green meaning nonbinary-aligned, pink meaning feminine-aligned, and blue meaning masculine-aligned.
Totucgender was coined on an unknown date in the year 2020 by wiki user BeePillowPet. Originally, the name of the gender was "totumgender", totum being the latin word for "all". This name was quickly scrapped because of the cultural appropriation of totem poles that the coiner didn't first take into mind.
