Rhythmheavengender is a gamegender relating to Rhythm Heaven. This can involve either feeling as if a person's gender is connected to the Rhythm Heaven series, or incorporating Rhythm Heaven into their gender in order to better understand it.

The flag was created by Tumblr user genderstalgia on or before the 12th of December, 2020. The colours used in the flag are adjustments from the Rhythm Heaven logo and the background in its 3DS game, Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
