Pylaegenis is a xenogender in the Landform System. It is a gender connected to fjords and/or canyons, but not cliffs. Someone who identifies as pylaegenis may feel as though their gender is a large rocky space, slowly eroded away so that it is what it is currently. They may feel like it is a large expanse, a continuous groove in the earth. Visualizations can be very specific, but of course will vary.
History & Etymology

The term pylaegenis is based off of the Latin word “pylae,” which means “canyon,” combined with the Turkish word “genis,” meaning “large.” The pylaegenis flag was designed by FANDOM user Reign of the breadsticcs on April 6th, 2021.
