Prigender is a xenogender in which ones pride in ones’ identity or identities affects their gender(s). This could be pride in their sexual orientation, romantic orientation, relationship, genders, etc. Being prigender may make ones gender fluctuate, change, and/or affect how it feels depending on how much pride one is feeling in their identities.
History
The term prigender was coined by FANDOM user weniviere, alongside prisexual, priromantic, and prideship on December 2nd, 2020. She decided to make these terms because of the consistent attacks among the community and the constant troll terms, and how those attacks affected her identities. She discovered that the amount of pride she feels within her identities changes how they feel and react, hence finalizing her decision to coin said terms.

The flag for prigender was coined by weniviere on December 2nd, 2020. The rainbow represents pride and the LGBTQ+ community as a whole. The design represents the uniqueness of how ones identity feels, and the uniqueness of every person as an individual.
