Phragmaic is an orientation where someone can experience attraction extremely fast for people. One who is phragmaic will experience attraction extremely fast and hard and love in a way that would take other people years to feel. The attraction could be platonic, romantic, or sexual. Someone could be phragmaic and experience attraction platonically for only people who are masc-aligned. The term phragmaic can also be added to terms such as asexual, so someone who is phragmaic asexual, is someone who is phragmaic, but only in non-sexual ways. The term phragmaic was created to be a further specification for people who want that to describe their orientation, but can be used as a standalone label.
One phragmaic experiences can include talking to someone only minutes before developing an extreme and intense crush on them.
There are subsets where you are only phragmaic toward certain people.
Etymology
The term phragmaic uses one of the seven greek words for love, phragma, meaning "committed compassionate love", and the suffix -ic meaning "pertaining to".
