Parafluidflux (or parafluix) is where one's gender identity is fluid and fluctuating in intensity, but there's something else that's keeping one from completely being the fluid identity one is currently experiencing.
Parafluidflux has also been recoined to refer to a gender in which one’s gender is mostly fluid, but not entirely due to being slightly another gender. Parafluix individuals (under this definition) identify mostly as a fluid gender, but not entirely. The fluid part makes up 51-99% of their gender. The other 1-49% can be any gender or combination of genders. This part fluctuates in intensity, which either causes the fluid part to make up a larger percentage of the gender, or simply causes the other gender to be weaker. For example, if one's non-fluid gender was girl, 49% is as much of a girl as can be feel, and 0% would be agender/complete genderlessness.

This term appears to have been originally coined/first mentioned by FANDOM user GreeksAndMagic via the creation of an article on the Gender Wiki, March 21st, 2021, where it was defined as: "when your gender identity is fluid and fluctuates in intensity, but there's something else that's keeping you from completely being the fluid identity you're currently experiencing."[1][2]
The term was later recoined on or before June 13th, 2021, by FANDOM user Rosalind Heks, via the creation of this article, where it was defined as: "a gender in which one’s gender is mostly fluid, but not entirely due to being slightly another gender. Unlike other genders with the -fluidflux suffix, parafluidflux has a different meaning. Parafluix people identify mostly as a fluid gender, but not entirely. The fluid part makes up 51-99% of their gender. The other 1-49% can be any gender or combination of genders. The parafluidflux flag was made by wiki user honk4bees, using the style of other paragender flags, with the thin middle stripe being a gradient of the fluidflux flag, and purple being used to combine the opposite colors of the fluidflux flag.
