Opposigender is a xenogender and/or neurogender under the Effective umbrella used to describe an headmate within a system that has a different gender than their double within the innerworld. They may be identitical in all ways, with the only different being their gender. For example, one may be a purrboy, while the other may be stargender.
They may also be opposisex, opposipronominal, and/or opposinominal.
