The term Omni-Heterosexual may apply to:
- People who identify as omnisexual with a preference in attraction to people with a gender different than their own
- People who identify as both omnisexual and heterosexual due to abrosexuality, or changing attraction
- People who use the split attraction model and identify as omnisexual heteroromantic, heterosexual omniromantic, or somebody that experiences omni and/or heterosexual tertiary attraction
- People who use omnisexual as an umbrella term
- People who identify as omni-heterosexual when fronting in a plural or median system

Flag
The Omni-Heterosexual flag was designed by the user "Asayae" on July 7, 2021. It is composed of a heart-shaped cutout of the heterosexual flag over the stripes of the omnisexual flag to symbolize how the two sexualities interconnected in the Omni-Heterosexual label.
In the heart-shaped cutout there are 5 stripes, with alternating black and white colors.
In the omnisexual flag background there are also 5 stripes with the colors of pink, darker pink, very dark purple/black, blue, and lighter blue.
Etymology
The term Omni-Heterosexual comes from the Latin prefix omnis, meaning "all", with the word heterosexual, which stems from the Greek prefix hetero, meaning "different".
